evasis — Gizlilik Politikası

evasis, evinizdeki bir güvenlik cihazını kontrol eden bir uygulamadır. Cihaz sizin evinizde, sizin ağınızda çalışır; uygulama ona bağlanır. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi veriyi işlediğini ve neyin nerede kaldığını anlatır.
Topladığımız tek veri
Bildirim kimliği (push token). Alarm çaldığında telefonunuza
haber verebilmek için Apple'ın bu telefona verdiği bildirim kimliğini
sunucumuzda saklarız. Bunun yanında yalnızca kaydın oluşturulma tarihi ve
platform bilgisi (ios) tutulur.
Bu kayda bağlı bir isim, e-posta, hesap veya konum yoktur. Kaydın saklandığı adres, cihaz kimliğinizle cihazınızın ürettiği gizli anahtarın kriptografik özetidir; o anahtarı bilmeyen kaydınızın nerede olduğunu bulamaz.
Uygulamayı silerseniz bildirim kimliği geçersizleşir ve Apple bunu bize bildirdiğinde kayıttan düşeriz.
Telefonunuzdan çıkmayan veriler
Cihazınızın adresi, eşleştirme anahtarınız ve cihazınıza uzaktan bağlanmak için gereken gizli bilgiler yalnızca telefonunuzda, iOS'un Keychain'inde saklanır. Yedeklemeye taşınmazlar ve uygulamayı sildiğinizde silinirler. Bize hiçbir zaman gönderilmezler.
Kendi cihazınıza gönderdikleriniz
Eşleştirme sırasında telefonunuzun adı, Wi-Fi kurulumu sırasında ağ adı ve şifresi doğrudan kendi evinizdeki cihaza gider. Bu bilgiler ev ağınızdan çıkmaz ve bize ulaşmaz.
Uzaktan bağlantı
Evden uzaktayken uygulama cihazınıza bir aktarım sunucusu üzerinden ulaşır. Bu sunucu trafiği okuyamaz: komutlar ve cevaplar telefonunuzla cihazınız arasında uçtan uca şifrelenir (AES-256-GCM) ve şifre çözme anahtarı yalnızca bu iki uçta bulunur. Aktarım sunucusu şifreli paketleri iletir, içeriğini görmez.
Altyapı sağlayıcımız Cloudflare, her internet sunucusu gibi bağlantı kuran IP adresini teknik olarak görür. Bunu toplamayız, saklamayız ve kullanmayız.
Yapmadıklarımız
Analitik toplamıyoruz. Reklam göstermiyoruz. İzleme yapmıyoruz. Verinizi kimseye satmıyor, kiralamıyor veya pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz. Uygulamada üçüncü taraf analitik veya reklam bileşeni bulunmuyor.

Sakladığımız tek veri bildirim kimliğidir. Silinmesini istiyorsanız uygulamayı kaldırmanız yeterlidir; ayrıca aşağıdaki adresten talep edebilirsiniz.

evasis controls a security appliance in your home. The appliance runs on your own network; the app connects to it. This policy describes what the app handles and what stays where.
The only data we collect
A notification identifier (push token). So we can reach your
phone when the alarm goes off, we store the notification identifier Apple issues
for this phone. Alongside it we keep only the record's creation date and the
platform (ios).
No name, email address, account or location is attached to that record. The address the record is stored under is a cryptographic hash of your device identifier and a secret generated by your own appliance; without that secret, the record cannot be located.
If you delete the app the token stops working, and we drop it from the record once Apple tells us so.
Data that never leaves your phone
Your appliance's address, your pairing key and the credentials needed to reach it remotely are stored only on your phone, in the iOS Keychain. They are excluded from backups and removed when you delete the app. They are never sent to us.
Data you send to your own appliance
During pairing your phone's name, and during Wi-Fi setup the network name and password, go directly to the appliance in your home. They do not leave your network and never reach us.
Remote access
When you are away from home the app reaches your appliance through a relay server. That server cannot read the traffic: commands and responses are end-to-end encrypted between your phone and your appliance (AES-256-GCM), and the keys exist only at those two ends. The relay forwards sealed packets without seeing their contents.
Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, can technically see the connecting IP address, as any internet server can. We do not collect, store or use it.
What we do not do
We collect no analytics. We show no advertising. We do not track you. We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising components.
Your rights
The only data we hold is a notification identifier. Deleting the app is enough to have it stop working; you may also request its removal at the address below.
